After our message from our prime minister last night the 23rd March 2020 , we are at present open for our community to service there heating and plumbing emergencies in these trying times , please all keep safe

We are certainly amid challenging times, with what is now being referred to as a global pandemic, and we would like to take the opportunity to share a few words of reassurance.


We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak closely, the health and well-being of our team members, customers and their families are of paramount importance to us. We have been regularly updating and communicating with team members about common sense hygiene practices and asking anyone who is displaying potential symptoms or at a higher risk to self-isolate or work from home if possible.

We have encouraged our team members to amend our need for site visits wherever possible during this very challenging time. As advice from the government unfolds we may restrict this entirely to telephone or other IT communication only.

We have business continuity plans in place for a number of staff to be able to work from remote locations, and if an outbreak results in office closures, our plans will enable us to continue to provide our usual high levels of service, whilst keeping our team members safe. Our Drivers are currently taking additional measures to protect themselves, customers, clients and the public’s health with heightened hygiene and social distancing practices.

Our excellent stock levels mean that we can continue to provide our products for as long as the current climate allows to minimise the disruption to customers and businesses. Whilst a small percentage of product stock is likely to be affected by border controls delaying shipments to our distribution centre, we will ensure we communicate this separately to you on a regular basis.

We can be contacted by email and telephone in the usual way and this should continue even if some of the team are working from home.
